アイス「aisu」is the colloquial term for ice cream, and a nod to our Japanese American identity. Born out of our experience working on Chino Farm in San Diego and a never-ending quest for flavor, our ice cream embodies the philosophy of「ichi-go ichi-e」: the belief in savoring a fleeting moment or chance encounter because it may be one that is once in a lifetime. As farmers, we appreciate the quality and seasonality of our ingredients and strive to capture that peak ripeness.
